Privacy Policy — Night Elevator

1. In-game data

The Night Elevator mobile game does not collect, transmit, or store personal data, device identifiers, location, contacts, files, play history, or other user information on a server.

The game has no registration, accounts, analytics, ads, cloud sync, push notifications, in-app purchases, or remote network services.

2. Local data

Progress, game statistics, and settings are stored only in the app's local storage on the device and never leave it.

You can delete this data via Reset progress in Settings. Uninstalling the app also removes local data according to the operating system rules.

3. Permissions and internet

The game does not require an internet connection and does not request access to sensitive device data.

4. Support requests

If you voluntarily email support, the developer receives your sender address, message text, and any files you attach. This information is used only to respond and resolve the issue.

Correspondence is not shared with advertising or analytics services and is deleted within 90 days of the last reply unless longer retention is required by law. You may request early deletion by writing to sector47@ro.ru.

5. Third-party services and web pages

The game does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. The app store, operating system, and mail provider may process data under their own policies.

Support and policy pages do not use forms, ad pixels, analytics, or cookies. The hosting provider may automatically process IP addresses and technical request logs for security and site operation under its own policies.

6. Children

The game does not collect data from children or other users. If a child needs help, a parent or legal guardian should contact support.

7. Policy changes

If the game later adds network features, analytics, ads, or other data processing, this policy will be updated before those features are enabled.
